Position Summary:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the position holder will be assisting with general finance activities along with budgeting and forecasting for Enterprise Global Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with monthly income calculation, quarterly invoicing and its associated data collection processes
  • Assisting with monthly rebate calculations and trackers to ensure accurate billing
  • Responsible for the billing process in close cooperation with the shared service finance team
  • Responsible for first line of customer queries /dispute on income calculations
  • Data modelling for new and renewing global contracts
  • Responsible for reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities for MGPS operating expenses
  • Maintain and review of all financial reporting records including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable
  • Provide support for statutory audits and other external reporting activities
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the MGPSL Finance organisation including board meeting management accounts



  • Fully qualified / Part Qualified Accountant / Finance Degree

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years work experience in a similar role in a multinational environment.
  • Master knowledge of M.S. Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP environment a plus
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI a plus
