McKesson's Corporate Sourcing & Procurement Team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Systems to lead the overall system landscape design and operations of our Indirect Sourcing & Procurement systems.
How You can Make an Impact:
Manage the overall design, implementation and ongoing operations of S&P’s systems landscape, streamline operations by standardizing processes, identifying and resolving root cause issues, and ensuring that all system capabilities are fully leveraged to provide maximum value to S&P
Work closely with IT , systems suppliers and technical administrators to ensure optimal system delivery/efficiency including global standardization of common systems (i.e. Ariba, salesforce)
Manage the supplier relationships with the systems and tools S&P utilizes
Partner with Sourcing & Category Leads, Analytics & reporting team, and S&P leadership to understand functional needs of the organization, and work to design and implement solutions
Lead, develop and performance manage team members to create a highly performing team
What You’ll Need
9+ years of professional experience with system design and implementation
3+ years of management experience leading a variety of teams (size, complexity, etc.)
Experience leading systems administration teams, enhancements and maintenance activities
Professional background with procurement, contingent staffing and analytics tools
Experience working alongside development and engineering teams with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
