Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor and maintain Sarah Cannon’s online contract database by (1) reviewing contracts to determine contract types, (2) assigning user permissions, (3) creating template agreements (4) developing standard contract report templates.
Provide general assistance and answer questions related to Sarah Cannon’s online contract database and workflows.
Conduct general research on basic legal issues.
Prepare initial drafts of basic legal agreements.
Develop and implement office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records and systems.
Perform administrative duties including composing correspondence, scheduling meetings and coordinating resources across corporate functions.
Prepare power point presentations, letters and other correspondence.
Answer inquiries and/or refer callers/visitors to appropriate person/department.
Handlevarious administrative activitieswith initiative and good judgment.
Attend meetings as assigned and reporton actions.
Participate in educational activities and programs.
Maintain strictest confidentiality of company-related information.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of prior legal or comparable administrative experience is required.
Clinical research industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
