• Participer au traitement des plaintes

• Initier et/ou examiner l'étape d'ouverture de la plaintes et effectuer une évaluation interne pour les plaintesrelatives à la qualité du produit Collaborer avec les équipes de pharmacovigilance et du service client, ainsi qu'avec tous les services internes concernés

• Participer à la traduction et à la révision des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON), des instructions de travail (IT) et des supports de formation

• Effectuer des rapprochements si nécessaire

• Vérifier quotidiennement la boîte de réception Qualité pour les demandes de renseignements sur les produits et assurer le suivi auprès du personnel concerné.

• Procéder à la vérification des échantillons de réclamation lorsque cela est requis

• Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi des récurrences

Responsabilités générales

• Veiller au respect des BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication).

• Soutenir ou diriger des projets et missions spécifiques selon les besoins.

• Toute autre tâche connexe d'ordre qualité et/ou administratif.

Work Term: Fall 2026- September 8th through December 31st

Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 4705 Dobrin Street (hybrid)

Specific Responsibilities

• Participate in complaint handling

• Initiate and/ review the complaint initiation step and perform an internal assessment for Product Quality Complaint

• Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance, Customer Service teams and all appropriate internal departments

• Participate in the translation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , Working Instructions (WIs) and training material 

• Perform reconciliations if required 

• Verify the quality inbox daily for product inquiries and follow up with the required personnel

• Perform complaint sample verifications when required 

• Update re-occurrence tables 

General Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP compliance.

• Support or lead special projects and assignments as needed.

• Any other related quality and/or administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences, or related field).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage several projects at once. Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (spoken/written English and French).
