Le ou la spécialiste marketing développera, gérera et exécutera les stratégies marketing pour la bannière Uniprix. En tant que gardien(ne) de cette marque, la personne soutiendra le/la gestionnaire marketing dans la vigie concurrentiel, l’élaboration de stratégies mesurables et la mise en œuvre de plans marketing visant à renforcer davantage le positionnement de la marque sur le marché.
Le candidat ou la candidate idéal(e) doit posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et organisation, ainsi qu’un solide historique de réalisation de projets et de résultats. Ce poste exige une réflexion stratégique, le souci du détail et la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Responsabilités principales
Marketing national : Développer et exécuter des campagnes marketing et des stratégies promotionnelles alignées sur les objectifs d’Uniprix et visant à accroître la notoriété de la marque et les ventes, incluant :
Campagnes publicitaires et promotions
Marketing d'événements
Activations en magasin
Stratégie de contenu numérique
Programmes de co-op
Identité de marque : Respecter et maintenir la stratégie de marque, les lignes directrices et le positionnement, en veillant à la cohérence de tous les supports et communications marketing.
Marketing omnicanal : Développer et exécuter le volet créatif des stratégies marketing omnicanales intégrant les canaux traditionnels et numériques, incluant campagnes, contenus et outils pour engager les segments de clientèle clés.
Marketing numérique : Soutenir les initiatives et contenus numériques, incluant les médias sociaux, le marketing par courriel, le SEO (contenu), le SEM et la publicité en ligne afin d’assurer la présence en ligne et l’engagement client.
Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, telles que les opérations en magasin, les services professionnels, la gestion de catégories, les communications, afin d'assurer l’alignement des efforts marketing sur les objectifs organisationnels.
Communication : Communiquer les stratégies de marque, programmes et outils à toutes les parties prenantes, individuellement ou en collaboration avec les communications clients, incluant le soutien lors des événements propriétaires.
Recherche de marché : Appliquer les résultats et apprentissages issus des études de marché pour identifier les tendances, les besoins/préférences des clients et comprendre le paysage concurrentiel afin d’orienter les stratégies marketing.
Analyse de performance : Participer au suivi et à l’analyse des performances des campagnes en utilisant des données afin d’optimiser les stratégies et d’atteindre les résultats souhaités.
Gestion budgétaire : Gérer la facturation mensuelle des fournisseurs et s’assurer du respect des budgets marketing assignés.
Qualifications
Baccalauréat en marketing/communications ou domaine connexe
4+ années d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en commerce de détail ou en santé
Expérience en gestion et coordination de projets
Expérience avec des plateformes analytiques et technologiques telles que la suite Office, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Asana
Capacité à gérer des fournisseurs et la facturation
Expérience pertinente en médias sociaux
Compétences
Approche créative, méthodique et axée sur les résultats
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois, tout en respectant des échéances serrées
Fait preuve d’initiative, autonome
Excellentes compétences en communication en français
Excellente collaboration et esprit d’équipe

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
