Principales responsabilités

Publicité numérique

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef de marque pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des campagnes SEM pour soutenir les objectifs marketing. 

  • Examiner et optimiser régulièrement les campagnes, y compris le contenu publicitaire et les mots clés ciblés, en fonction des performances. 

  • Soutenir les équipes de marque dans l'exécution de campagnes :

  • Sélectionner le type de campagne en fonction du brief/des objectifs (trafic, conversion, génération de leads, vues vidéo, etc.) 

  • Identifier et cibler les audiences de la campagne 

  • S'aligner sur les indicateurs de performance (KPI)

  • Configurer et optimiser les campagnes de média payant dans les back-ends Meta / Google 

  • Exécuter l'assurance qualité sur toutes les campagnes de publicité numérique 

  • Créer des formations à l’interne contenant les meilleures pratiques pour les canaux numériques. 

Performances numériques

  • Collaborer sur le marquage (tagging) et la gouvernance des données liées aux campagnes payantes, y compris la maintenance des floodlights

  • Documenter les KPI pour toutes les campagnes.

  • Posséder et analyser les résultats des tests AB sur tous les types de supports numériques et communiquer les conclusions de ces tests à l’équipe marketing.

Acquisitions et conversions

  • Planifier, exécuter et mesurer des stratégies d'acquisition numérique qui contribuent aux objectifs commerciaux tels que le téléchargement d'applications, l'inscription par courrier électronique, l'inscription à un concours, lead magnet, etc. 

  • Identifier des stratégies d'optimisation de site pour améliorer les taux de conversion et réduire les frictions dans le parcours utilisateur, entraînant ainsi une augmentation des conversions sur le site Web, des inscriptions ou d'autres objectifs pertinents. 

  • Planifier, exécuter et analyser des tests A/B pour optimiser en permanence l’expérience utilisateur sur les sites web et établir des KPIs appropriés.

Exigences du poste:

  • Parfaitement bilingue, écrit et parlé 

  • S'épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et axé sur l'équipe 

  • Expertise SEM et médias payants 

  • Expertise des outils liés à Google Analytics (GA4, Tag manager, etc.) 

  • Connaissance de Meta et de Google Ads 

  • Connaissance et compréhension du marquage de sites Web pour suivre les conversions 

  • Connaissance de la stratégie d'acquisition 

  • Connaissance de l'expérience utilisateur du site Web et du CRO 

  • Connaissance des CMS (Sitecore) 

  • Compétences en gestion de projet 

  • Bien travailler en équipe et en mode collaboration 

  • Connaissance de base du référencement (SEO)

  • Familier avec les réglementations entourant l'industrie de la santé, ou capable de fonctionner dans un environnement hautement réglementé. 

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

General Responsibilities:

Online Advertising

  • Work closely with the brand manager to implement SEM strategies and campaigns to support the marketing goals.

  • Regularly review and optimize campaigns, including ad copy and targeted keywords, based on performance

  • Support Brand teams with Campaign Execution:

  • Select type of campaign based on brief/objectives (traffic, conversion, lead gen, video views, etc.)

  • Identify and target campaign audiences

  • Align on KPIs and benchmark metrics

  • Set up and optimize Paid Campaigns and Ads in Meta / Google back-ends

  • Execute QA on all digital advertising campaigns assets

  • Own guidelines and collaborate with stakeholders for internal processes related to digital campaigns

  • Create training courses with best practices for digital channels.

Digital Performance

  • Collaborate on tagging and data governance tied to paid campaigns, including maintenance of floodlights

  • Documents Benchmark Metrics across all campaigns

  • Own and analyze AB test results on all type of digital media, and communicate insights

Acquisition & Conversions

  • Plan, execute and measure digital acquisition strategies that contribute to business goals such as app download, email sign-up, contest sign-up, lead magnet, etc.

  • Identify site optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce friction in the user journey, driving an increase of website conversions, sign-ups or other relevant goals

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize user experiences and drive key performance metrics

Job Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual, written and spoken

  • Thrives in collaborative and team-oriented environment

  • SEM and paid media expertise

  • Google Analytics related tools (GA4, Tag manager, etc) expertise

  • Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads

  • Knowledge and understanding of website tagging to track conversions

  • Knowledge of acquisition strategy

  • Knowledge of website user experience and CRO

  • Knowledge of CMS (Sitecore)

  • Project management skills

  • Work well as a team and in collaboration mode

  • Basic knowledge of SEO

  • Familiar with regulations surrounding health industry, or able to function in a highly regulated environment.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$54,900 - $91,500
