McKesson Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire marketing pour soutenir ses activités en Santé spécialisée, Distribution pharmaceutique ainsi qu’en Stratégie de produits et partenariats fournisseurs (PSSP).
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing B2B, des communications destinées à la clientèle, des outils de soutien aux ventes ainsi que des programmes marketing favorisant l’engagement de la clientèle et la croissance de l’entreprise.
Relevant de l’équipe Marketing, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les responsables d’affaires et divers partenaires interfonctionnels afin de créer du contenu marketing percutant, de renforcer la position de McKesson sur le marché et d’offrir des expériences client à forte valeur ajoutée.

Ce que vous ferez :
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de marketing B2B alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux et les priorités de l’entreprise.
Créer des communications destinées à la clientèle, des présentations, du matériel de soutien aux ventes, des outils promotionnels et divers documents marketing.
Contribuer au développement des propositions de valeur, du positionnement et des messages clés pour les produits, services et solutions.
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, des ventes, des opérations, des communications et de création afin de livrer des programmes marketing intégrés.
Planifier et soutenir des événements destinés à la clientèle, des rencontres, des conférences et des salons professionnels, tout en veillant au respect des objectifs stratégiques et des normes de la marque.
Réaliser des analyses de marché et de la concurrence afin de repérer les tendances, les occasions d’affaires et les renseignements stratégiques qui orientent les campagnes et les stratégies marketing.
Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en respectant les délais, les attentes des parties prenantes et les normes de qualité établies.
Veiller à ce que tout le matériel marketing soit conforme aux lignes directrices de la marque, aux exigences réglementaires et aux processus d’approbation internes.
Mesurer l’efficacité des programmes marketing et recommander des pistes d’amélioration afin d’accroître l’engagement de la clientèle et les retombées d’affaires.
Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance en marketing auprès des parties prenantes internes de plusieurs unités d’affaire.
Exigences de base :
Baccalauréat en marketing, en communications, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en marketing B2B, en marketing des soins de santé, en marketing pharmaceutique, en communications avec la clientèle, en marketing de produits ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience au sein du secteur de la santé, de l’industrie pharmaceutique, de la santé spécialisée, de la distribution médicale ou d’autres secteurs réglementés comparables.
Expérience dans le développement de campagnes marketing, de communications destinées à la clientèle, de présentations et d’outils de soutien aux ventes.
Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets et priorités marketing.
Excellentes compétences en communication, écrit et l’oral.
Expérience de collaboration avec des parties prenantes provenant de différentes fonctions au sein des équipes d’affaires et commerciales.
Atouts :
Expérience en soutien au marketing commercial, aux lancements de produits ou aux initiatives de croissance.
Expérience dans la planification et l’exécution de conférences, de salons professionnels et d’événements destinés à la clientèle.
Bonne compréhension des études de marché, de la segmentation de la clientèle et de l’élaboration de propositions de valeur.
Expérience avec des plateformes d’automatisation marketing, des systèmes CRM ou des outils de marketing numérique.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
About the Role (Job Summary):
McKesson Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Specialty Health, Pharmaceutical Distribution, and Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships (PSSP) businesses. In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, customer communications, sales enablement tools, and marketing programs that drive customer engagement and support business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to create compelling marketing content, strengthen McKesson's market position, and deliver impactful customer experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities.
Create customer-facing communications, presentations, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and promotional content.
Support the development of value propositions, positioning, and messaging for products, services, and solutions.
Partner with commercial, sales, operations, communications, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
Plan and support customer events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards are achieved.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.
Monitor marketing program effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve customer engagement and business impact.
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, customer communications, product marketing, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty health, medical distribution, or related regulated industries.
Experience developing marketing campaigns, customer communications, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Experience managing multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and commercial teams.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, or growth initiatives.
Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.
Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing platforms.
Bilingualism (English/French).
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
