L’étudiant aide à coordonner différentes activités d’approvisionnement, notamment reliées à l’entrée de données, au suivi des livraisons, aux analyses, aux promotions et aux rapports. L’étudiant est également responsable de soutenir certains projets, notamment reliés à l’optimisation des rapports, des indices de performance et au système informatique. Il est responsable de documenter certains processus et il fait le lien entre les différentes fonctions, notamment avec les analystes, les planificateurs, le groupe des promotions, celui de la gestion des inventaires et les gestionnaires. Il donne le support aux différents gestionnaires du groupe de l’approvisionnement au besoin.

Responsabilités spécifiques 

Voici certaines des responsabilités spécifiques qui incombent généralement au titulaire du poste:

  • Soutient les activités de planification, d’analyse des recommandations de réapprovisionnement et de la mise à jour des commandes.

  • Aide à à assurer la livraison à temps des produits.

  • Assure le lien avec tous les intervenants de la chaine d’approvisionnement dans le but d’amener un flux stable des produits.

  • Entre des données et aide à maintenir l’intégrité des données des commandes et de l’inventaire. 

  • Identifie les problèmes relatifs aux paramètres de planification et d’approvisonement, escalade ces problèmes et fournit des pistes de solution.

  • Aide à remédier aux problèmes relatifs aux commandes ouvertes, aux produits endommagés, à l’obsolescence, aux dates de péremption et autres problèmes reliés à l’inventaire. 

  • Partage l’information pour que tout le personnel concerné soit impliqué dans la résolution du problème d’approvisionnement et éviter, ainsi, les situations de rupture de stock.

  • S’assure d’avoir une connaissance suffisante de toutes les activités de planification et d’approvisionnement pour être capable d’assister l’équipe lorsque nécessaire.

  • Aide à rouler des rapports et piloter différentes analyses de données de livraisons reliées aux fournisseurs et aux niveaux de service avec les clients.

  • Aide à développer des indicateurs clés de performance et des tableaux de bords.

  • Documente les différents processus d’approvisionnement et de gestion des inventaires. 

  • Communique avec les fournisseurs afin de faire le suivi de certaines commandes. 

  • Soutient les gestionnaires au besoin et absorbe certaines tâches dans le cadre de remplacement de vacances.

Qualifications pour le poste

Afin d’accomplir ce travail avec succès, la personne doit être en mesure d’exécuter chaque tâche essentielle de façon satisfaisante. Les exigences mentionnées ci-dessous sont représentatives des connaissances, des aptitudes et/ou des habiletés requises pour ce poste.

Exigence minimale

0-1 ans d’expérience. Peut avoir une qualification professionnelle.

Autres compétences

  • Étudiant inscrit à un programme de baccalauréat, finissant ou en 3e année (domaine lié à la gestion de l’exploitation, aux TI ou aux affaires) ou qui fait des études menant à l’obtention d’une maîtrise.

  • Expérience en analyse est essentielle.

  • Compétences reconnues en résolution de problèmes analytiques.

  • Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Access.

  • Expérience avec Power BI.

  • Compétences en exploration de données.

  • Connaissances théoriques en logistique, en approvisionnement, en gestion des opérations et en planification de la demande. 

  • Sens de l’organisation, orienté vers les processus et le travail d’équipe.

  • Capacité de bien travailler sous pression.

  • Faire preuve de jugement quant à la planification de diverses activités et à leur séquencement selon leur degré de priorité.

  • Aptitude à préserver la confidentialité.

  • Attention particulière au détail.

  • Dynamique, positif et assidu.

  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication. 

  • Le titulaire de ce poste fournira un soutien quotidien aux clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou des États-Unis. Par conséquent, il/elle doit maîtriser l’anglais parlé et écrit. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes nécessitant des compétences en anglais a été limité dans la mesure du possible.

The student helps coordinate various procurement activities, including data entry, delivery tracking, analysis, promotions and reporting. The student is also responsible for supporting certain projects, notably related to the optimization of reports, performance indices and the computer system. He/she is responsible for documenting certain processes and acts as a link between the various functions, in particular with analysts, planners, the promotions group, the inventory management group and managers. He/she provides support to the various managers in the procurement group as required.

Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hour

Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time

Specific Responsibilities:

The following are some of the specific responsibilities generally incumbent on the post holder:

  • Supports planning activities, analysis of replenishment recommendations and order updates.

  • Helps ensure on-time delivery of products.

  • Liaises with all supply chain stakeholders to ensure stable product flow.

  • Enters data and helps maintain the integrity of order and inventory data. 

  • Identifies problems with planning and procurement parameters, escalates these problems and provides solutions.

  • Helps remedy problems related to open orders, damaged products, obsolescence, expiration dates and other inventory-related issues. 

  • Shares information so that all concerned personnel are involved in resolving the supply problem, thus avoiding stock-out situations.

  • Ensures sufficient knowledge of all planning and procurement activities to be able to assist the team when necessary.

  • Helps roll reports and drive various analyses of delivery data related to suppliers and service levels with customers.

  • Helps develop key performance indicators and dashboards.

  • Documents the various procurement and inventory management processes. 

  • Communicates with suppliers to follow up on certain orders. 

  • Supports managers as needed and absorbs certain tasks when replacing vaTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. Minimum Requirement

0-1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification.

Additional Skills

  • Student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating or in 3rd year (operations management, IT or business-related field) or pursuing a master's degree.

  • Analytical experience is essential.

  • Proven analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.

  • Experience with Power BI.

  • Data mining skills.

  • Theoretical knowledge of logistics, procurement, operations management and demand planning. 

  • Organizational, process and team-oriented.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Good judgment in planning and sequencing various activities according to priority.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Special attention to detail.

  • Dynamic, positive and assiduous.

  • Good communication skills. 

  • The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible
