We are in need of a Project Manager, this position can be located remotely/anywhere within the continental US. The individual must be located near a major airport due to airline travel.
The Project Manager will have experience which includes managing projects involving cross functional teams focused on material handling design and construction. This individual will oversee and coordinate all aspects of multiple concurrent projects to include scheduling, purchasing and managing material handling installs. This position requires the effective leadership of vendors and non-direct reports.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Establish distribution center design
• Identify and select effective models to solve complex business issues.
• Establish and recommend design enhancement changes that have significant effect on operations.
• Regular interaction with cross functional groups, operations, IT, security and real estate
• Ability to lead change, gain support and acceptance of change.
• Accountable to project budgets, ROI, and timeline.
• Plans and directs people, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
