Résumé des fonctions

Le directeur ou la directrice principal(e), partenaires d’affaires RH, collabore avec les responsables de l’organisation, particulièrement les membres de l’équipe de direction, pour tirer profit de la stratégie et stimuler les résultats commerciaux attendus. Vous agirez à titre de partenaire stratégique, de médiateur auprès des employé(e)s, de gestionnaire des opérations et d’intervenant d’urgence. Vous assurez des services de consultation et d’encadrement aux gestionnaires de personnes afin d’améliorer constamment l’engagement des employé(e)s, la productivité et le rendement organisationnel. Vous serez responsable de la prestation des programmes et politiques de RH au sein des groupes de clients attribués et serez consulté sur l’élaboration et l’interprétation de politiques.

Partie A – Responsabilités

  • Agir à titre de partenaire d’affaires auprès des groupes clients; offrir votre plein appui sur les questions de RH et de planification stratégique

  • Effectuer l’analyse et présenter des recommandations relativement à l’acquisition et la gestion de talents, l’évaluation organisationnelle, la gestion du rendement, la structure organisationnelle, la planification des effectifs et la gestion du changement

  • En collaboration, au besoin, avec les spécialistes du développement organisationnel, de la formation et de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux; conseiller et accompagner les gestionnaires de personnes sur toutes les questions relatives à la planification et à la gestion des ressources humaines, particulièrement dans l’acquisition de talents; la planification de la relève; la formation et le perfectionnement du personnel; les relations avec les employé(e)s; la planification des effectifs et la rémunération dans les unités commerciales et les services attribués

  • Diriger et gérer toutes les activités de ressources humaines pour veiller à ce que les bonnes personnes soient en poste et prêtes à relever les défis de l’organisation

  • Assurer l’acquisition des meilleurs talents requis dans les services et unités commerciales

  • Recommander des concepts et faciliter la mise en œuvre de solutions pour assurer la cohérence avec le développement stratégique et la planification à long terme du groupe client

  • Appuyer la mise en œuvre (y compris le lancement) de tous les programmes, activités et processus annuels des RH, dont le processus annuel de gestion du rendement et de la rémunération, le processus d’évaluation des talents, la proposition de valeur aux employé(e)s, le processus de recrutement, les systèmes EOS et LSAT, etc.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et le personnel afin d’améliorer les relations de travail, de garder les effectifs engagés et motivés et de maintenir en poste les meilleurs talents

  • Conseiller et accompagner les équipes de direction des groupes clients sur la gouvernance de politiques efficaces des RH et des programmes et processus annuels en place dans les unités commerciales attribuées

Partie B – Exigences relatives au poste

  • Un baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou en gestion ou une formation équivalente

  • De 5 à 10 années d’expérience au sein des RH, préférablement dans une structure ou un modèle de partenaires d’affaires RH

  • Une expérience de travail auprès de groupes clients corporatifs

  • Le titre de CHRA constitue un atout

  • Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) constitue un atout

  • Une connaissance des logiciels de bureau dont Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday et d’autres systèmes d’information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH)

Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

The Sr. Director, HRBP partners with the business; particularly with members of the leadership team, to leverage the strategy and drive needed business results. Acts as a strategic partner, employee mediator, operations manager, and emergency responder. Provides coaching and consulting services to People Managers in order to continuously improve employee engagement, productivity and organizational performance. Responsible for delivering HR policies and programs within assigned client groups, and is consulted for policy interpretation and development.

Section A - Responsibilities

  • Acts as a business partner to client groups; provides full support in the areas of HR and strategic planning.

  • Provides analysis and recommendations in such areas as talent acquisition and management, organizational assessment, performance management, organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Coaches/advises People Managers, in liaison with OD, Training, Compensation and Benefits specialists, as required, in all areas of Human Resources management and planning, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, succession planning, employee training and development, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation in the assigned business units/departments.

  • Leads and manages all human resources activities to ensure the right people are in place and prepared to meet the challenges of the business. Responsible for acquiring the best talent required in the business units/departments.

  • Recommends, designs and facilitates implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the client group’s strategic development and long-term planning.

  • Supports the implementation (including launches) of all HR programs, activities, and annual processes, such as Performance Management and Compensation annual processes, Talent Review Process (TRP), EVP, Recruitment Process, EOS, LSAT, etc.

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, to maintain an engaged workforce and to retain the best talent.

  • Counsels and coaches client group management teams on governance of effective and efficient HR policies, annual programs and processes within the assigned business unit.


Section B - Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in the HR or Management field, or the equivalent

  • 5-10 years of experience in an HR capacity, preferably in an HR Business Partner structure/model

  • Experience in working with corporate client groups

  • CHRP designation is an asset

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

  • Able to use office software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday or other HRIS

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$123,500 - $205,900
