Job Description
The Lead IT Architect in the Incentives will set architectural vision for Buy Side/Sell Side Rebates related solutions and integrations, as well as oversee development delivery. This role serves as the IT Architect for the technical resources required to lead, plan, direct and control activities for operationally excellent SAP Vistex platforms and Cloud native applications in the Incentives space. The Architect will enable key business relationships within the Finance community and participate in crafting the long-term vision for McK’s Incentives landscape.
Key Accountabilities:
Designs and help implement the Solutions for Buy Side/Sell Side Rebates related solutions for PSAS and MMS using SAP Vistex
Influences decision making with finance business partners to improve the financial results of the business
Develops business cases and models benefits
Understands the ERP landscape and sets priorities that will reduce complexity and encourage standardization
Identifies areas for continuous improvement of ongoing processes and develops revised toolkits accordingly
Demonstrates professional decorum and discretion required with confidential topics
Defines and ensures success metrics and sustainability roadmap
Lead the work involved in evaluating, selecting, designing, and implementing new features and systems for Buy Side and Sell side Rebates.
Improve internal MT processes related to efficiently creating user capabilities and systems meeting finance and accounting business needs.
Lead the work involved in evaluating, selecting, designing, and implementing new systems.
Improve internal MT processes related to efficiently creating user capabilities and systems meeting finance and accounting business needs.
Manage relationships with a variety of finance leaders that rely on the Incentives solutions involving 2 large SAP Vistex systems, JD Edwards System.
Work with the managers of other areas to create long-term plans that align with corporate strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
10+ years of extensive hands on experience with SAP, Vistex system
5+ years’ experience of professional experience in Buy Side and Sell side Rebates in a large matrix organization
5+ years’ experience in a role as an Architect of a large enterprise system in the Buy Side and Sell side Rebates space
Multiple life cycle implementations or key experience with upgrades of large ERP platforms.
Good knowledge of application and infrastructure security control mechanisms
Previous experience delivering high-quality, reliable technology services
Experience ensuring reliability of existing platforms while delivering enhancements to new business problems
Additional Experience
Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology
Strong technical aptitude
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated technical leadership experience
Be an innovative thinker
Must have a strong customer and quality focus
Have been successful in working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions to complex technical issues
Education
Degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position
