McKesson Commercial Strategy and Innovation (CSI) team is seeking an Innovation Intern, to drive early-stage projects/opportunities that span our platform of pharmacy technologies, including the McKesson Pharmacy Systems, Macro Helix, Supplylogix, McKesson Connect Customer Portal and other pharmacy customer data & analytics solutions. This role is fully remote.
This candidate should be solution-driven, at ease with uncertainty, and skilled at creating clarity to successfully drive the innovation process. Ideal candidates are studying Business with a concentration in engineering, product management, or project management.
The Intern will have the following responsibilities:
Create prototypes of new concepts and socialize them internally for feedback and refinement of ideas
Problem validation
Concept testing with customers
Size internal development, partnership and organization requirements to support idea
Financial business case development
Ideal Candidates:
Studying Business (or a related field) with a concentration in Engineering, Product Management, or Project Management
Take initiative, while being flexible and adaptable to change
Possess solid communication skills and are detail-oriented
Are solution-driven and are comfortable working independently or with a small team
Program Overview:
McKesson’s Intern program is 10 weeks long, and is designed to provide:
A real-life working environment
A solid foundation of experience and hopeful offer of full-time employment
A cohort experience with other interns
Weekly senior leadership exposure and learning experiences
While specific requirements for each role may vary, here are our general requirements:
Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate or Graduate level
18 Years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Major in a technical, business, or analytics discipline
Strong communication, writing and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage priorities effectively

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
