Current Need ** Individual Contributor**
We are seeking a Business Analyst Manager for Retail Support Solutions that will be responsible for helping manage CVS to join our team. The Business Analyst Manager’s role is to act as an advisor, by actively identifying growth opportunities, business efficiencies, and develop business strategies for CVS by leveraging data and analytics. All while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. They will work with CVS and internal McKesson partners, but primarily collaborate with McKesson VPS, Business Consultant, and Account Manager in Strategic Accounts.
Position Description
The Business Analyst Manager is responsible for managing CVS as a key account for our Strategic National Accounts (SNA) segment. They are responsible for leveraging data and analytics to enhance CVS and McKesson’s operational and financial position. All while strengthening the relationships of both our internal and external customers. Business Analyst Manager will regularly interact and collaborate with senior management, internal departments, CVS, and the VPS on matters impacting their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management
Provide best in class customer-focused service, advising, and value for CVS.
Acts as a business analyst liaison for all CVS financial impacts, which includes working cross departmentally with operations, credit, finance, pricing, etc., to optimize business results and customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
Establishes regular cadence of customer meetings that meet customers' requirements to review any projects, initiatives, and progress to completion.
Responsible for reporting on and communicating where customer stands regarding their supply agreement commitments to McKesson (minimum volume commitments, mix commitments, rebate requirements, etc)
Reduce operating cost by leveraging data to improve internal processes, increased adoption rate of McKesson tools and systems, and full understanding of customer business needs.
Has data driven conversations with customer and internal partners to help influence the customer’s experience and achieve agreement adherence.
Execution:
Accountable for understanding Supply Agreements, customer commitments and operational processes as well as monitoring compliance.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and maximize customer commitments while keeping customers satisfied and engaged for the long term
Prepares Quarterly and Yearly customer business reviews in conjunction with sales and marketing counterparts
Understand the impact of One McKesson products and services to the financial books of the customer and how we can influence them.
Responsible for staying abreast of and learning about all technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers.
Relationship:
Must be able to develop strong relationships with customers, connecting key business executives and stakeholders
Requires the ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
Can present data and findings in a concise manner through PPT and other means.
Must navigate difficult conversations with a consultative mindset that is empathetic, understanding and collaborative
Responsible for representing the company by consistently demonstrating McKesson’s I2CARE (Integrity & Inclusion, Customer-First, Accountability, Respect, Excellence) and ILEAD (Inspire, Leverage, Execute, Advance, Develop) shared principles, both internally and externally.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years’ account management, data analytics, sales support experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Critical Skills
Customer facing, expert in developing and maintaining effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals
Advanced communication skills: fact-based, clear, logical thought process with a record of success in developing relationships, presenting, and communicating financial results effectively
Strong executive presence
Expert data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau)
Proficient in Data Platforms (ie Sequel, Snowflake)
Proficient MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities
Problem solving, decisiveness and resolution management
Strong follow up skills with ability to meet deadlines
Analytical thinking
Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
General Office Demands
Travel up to 10% for customer and team meetings

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
