Schedule- Monday - Friday 12pm till completion.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to your team.
• Aid in supervising the day to day operations of the department ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Train employees in all outbound functions according to Company procedures.
• Monitor work for outbound operations and achieve all objectives while striving to proactively communicating improvement goals.
• Ability to use and train on RF equipment.
• Experienced with excel and J.D. Edwards systems while also using a web-based reporting system.
• Crosstrain in all outbound processes
• Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment (i.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
• Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management.
• Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized
Required Skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectively
• Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities
• Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management
• Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification. (I.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
Education
• HS Diploma is minimally required
• Bilingual a Plus
Minimum Requirements
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
Physical Requirements
• General Office Demands
• Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times
• Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
